Curious about why people think, feel, and act the way they do? This course is your starting point. Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ are introduced to the scientific study of psychology, including but not limited to, cognition, neuroscience, emotion, personality, social psychology, motivation, psychological disorders, and applied psychology. Learning about psychology as a science occurs through lectures, class work, and participation in research related activities. A grade of C or better in PSY 1001 is required to register for PSY 3001, and therefore, to be considered for the Psychology major.
